Nice property. Facilities are in good condition, and rooms are clean and well maintained. I want to give a big shout out to Debbie at the front desk. She was super friendly and helpful, the kind of employee I wish more hotels had. They provided a great parking spot for my motorcycle just outside the lobby entrance - always earns bonus points with me. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. Side note: There are two Pear Tree Inns, one on each side of HWY 55. Of course, Google maps took me to the wrong one first. 😆

Staff was very friendly. Everything in the room was high class the bathroom, the TV the bed the low noise heater the service for fixing bed. The nice desk for working I was very pleased.

After reading the reviews, I was hesitant on staying at this facility, but took a chance since it was so close to where I needed to be the following morning. I was expecting the worst. To my surprise, the room was clean and well stocked with towels, coffee, etc. The bed was comfy, the room was sizable and the staff was more than accommodating (I locked myself out of my room). I had no time for breakfast in the morning, but the small cafeteria was full of people (I did have their complementary popcorn when I arrived (nice touch). You can't always believe the reviews you read. Glad I took a chance.

Martha was exceptionally kind, professional and helpful at breakfast! She even helped a guest make their breakfast and was also very quick to make sure we were getting help at check out! She was just the sweetest! Unfortunately we can’t remember the name of the sweet lady who checked us out or the name of the nice woman who confirmed our reservation but they were also beyond kind, friendly and professional! We will definitely be booking again based on that alone.

The bed was comfortable And clean and the room was tidy. My only complaint was the iron, didn't work properly and I really needed it too. But I gave my maintenance complaint to the desk clerk at checkout and she called maintenance right away to get that taken care of. The breakfast was good.The breakfast area was clean.The halls were quiet all in all.It was a great experience

We have been traveling for the past week and this has been by far our best experience with a hotel. We tend to go with cheaper hotels because it's just a place to sleep, and go in with low expectations since you usually do get what you pay for. However, from Joanie on the night shift to Martha the next morning, they made the experience that much better. They were both friendly and attentive. Very personable. So many times we have checked into a hotel with not so much as a good evening, which is ok too, but Joanie made the extra effort to make us feel welcome. During breakfast, Martha made it a point to come around and ask if we were able to find everything or if there was anything she could do for us. They both actually engaged us in conversation which was wonderful! As for the hotel and room itself, everything was very clean, no weird lingering smells. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay !

Location just off the highway. walking distance to Burger King, Close to the mall & Wal-Mart, resturants. Super quite Hardly any noise from other quest entering or leaving ther room . Didn't hear any noise in the hallway. Staff was freindly & nice ready to help if you need it. We had a problem with the A/C it was fixed right away.

There was very bad weather during my visit and there was no instructions available of where to go during a tornado warning which we did have the little girl at the desk was so busy. I stood there for a while, trying to ask my question and she never got freed up enough to answer. I looked in the room for instructions and all I could find was on fire.
